Mail Theft is up

Packages can be held for pickup at your local USPS or Fedex Office.  If you live in an area where mail theft is a concern, please contact us at nivens1972@gmail.com (BEFORE YOU PAY)  to request your package be held for pickup. 

Tracking:

Tracking information will be sent to buyers upon shipment of package(s).  Please note that on-line tracking is limited on Parcel Select, Standard Parcel, and First Class International Packages.

Delivery Times:

For estimated delivery times to your location, please calculate shipping on the USPS.com Website for the shipping method you desire  (from the origination zip code 85388 to your destination zip code).

Local Pickup:

Local Pickup is available for large orders / items.  If you wish to arrange for local pickup in Surprise, Az., please contact us at nivens1972@gmail.com. 

Date of Shipment:

Unless a shipping delay is noted above in "SCHEDULED SHIPPING DELAYS," all purchases are packaged and shipped from our store within 2 business days of payment.  However, most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment.  Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. 

Buyers should be aware that USPS Parcel Post can occasionally take over 4 weeks to reach its destination.  This is particularly true during high-volume shipping / Peak Holiday Seasons. Buyers will receive tracking information along with a notice of shipment.
